Many families routinely enjoy summer evenings around the campfire. Keeping the ashes from blowing into our lakes is difficult.
The Eco Pit is designed to keep ash contained.
Studies have shown that the mineral phosphorus stimulates the growth of algae. The algae then overruns other plants and decreases oxygen available to fish. The phosphorus that is contained in wood ash feeds this algae.
Keeping minerals and debris out of our area lakes is everyone's responsibility!

The Eco Pit is easy to install.
When installed correctly, drive over your Eco Pit with the Lawnmower.
The optional ash liner makes emptying the Eco Pit a breeze. Simply pull out the ash liner and dispose of the ashes appropriately and legally.
